Queenie made lunch for us yesterday, and she suggested that I use her creation for today’s blog post. Her point: it’s so easy, a kid can do it. While Queenie knows her way around the kitchen pretty well at this point, you don’t need to know much to make this dish. Can you open a couple of packages? Turn on your oven? Set your timer (or keep an eye on things, depending on your preference)? You’re good to go.
First, sauce your crust. I have it on good authority that the sauce ratio is quite important.
Sprinkle your mozarella-style shreds.
